Problem: Document does not download

Solution:

Links to some ROAR documents will open a new browser window or tab. PDFs and Word Docs will most commonly download to a designated downloads folder, not into the newly opened window/tab. Unless you have created or designated a different location, your computer or browser probably has a default Downloads folder. That is where the document will be - or should be.

If you are not sure where your downloads are stored, try one or more of these steps:

• Desktop: Check your computer desktop for a Downloads folder.
• Search: Type "Downloads" (without the quotes)in your computer's Search function.
• Browser: Depending on what browser you are using, you may find this under the Menu heading Tools > Options (or similar). Check the different tabbed windows to find the downloads location and folder name.
